Newbuild support

Newbuild PMT team will get involved on drillers request for addressing specific issues. Main deliverables are,

New build supervision
Site Management coordinating with shipyard and OEMs and other suppliers
Manage regulatory needs of newbuild project (Class, Flag, IMO and related needs)
Implementation of operation preparedness schedule ( CMMS, Safety Case, SIT etc etc)
Client driven projects
